Former Josephine chef to helm new kitchen in Wedgewood-Houston
Tennessean, March 2026
“After two years of overseeing kitchens for Strategic Hospitality, chef Andy Little is returning to what he says he missed most: standing at a stove.
"I’m not sure I’m built for the email warrior life," Little said.
He would rather roast bones, make sandwiches and cook egg dishes, and that's exactly what's on the agenda when he steps behind the stove at Sally’s Stay Awhile, set to open this spring in Wedgewood-Houston.
Sally’s will be Strategic Hospitality’s second concept in Wedgewood-Houston, following Bastion, which opened in 2016. This will mark Little’s first return to a permanent kitchen since Josephine, a New American restaurant in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood that operated for a decade before its closure in late 2023.”
