Shuckdown: Bastion Oyster Roast

SHUCKDOWN! Bastion’s Oyster Roast party is taking place in the Big Bar on Sunday, March 9th from 3pm to 7pm. Gather ‘round one of our 3 long tables and shuck your own fire-roasted oysters! The fire will be burning all afternoon, with loads of fresh Island Creek oysters roasted and replenished multiple times per hour.

This party is a continuation of Chef Diana’s annual backyard series, which became so legendary in the industry it had to be shared with a wider audience!

TIckets are $65, available via Open Table, and include: roasted oysters and a few fresh ones, access to the shuck-your-own tables (assistance will be available if desired) plus appropriate accoutrements and a number of delicious Southern sides by chef Diana Prescott including potato salad, bean salad, Savannah red rice and maybe even some caviar. Full bar service is available, or purchase an endless beer cup for $24 for the tap takeover by local heroes Southern Grist.
