Future The Catbird Seat Chefs Are Popping Up at Bastion Restaurant

In anticipation of The Catbird Seat and The Patterson House’s upcoming relocation to the revitalized historic Bill Voorhees Building in Paseo South Gulch, Chefs Andy Doubrava and Tiffani Ortiz, the chef team behind the forthcoming sixth iteration of The Catbird Seat, are preparing for their residency with a series of pop-up events. These events will feature both tasting menu and snack-based pop-ups at Bastion where guests will have the exclusive opportunity to preview the chefs’ creative process for not only The Catbird Seat but also for The Patterson House, where they will additionally curate the menu.
