The Oasis at Friends In Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk: Review

The Infatuation NashvilleAugust 2024Eater Nashville

The rooftop of Friends In Low Places is called The Oasis, and the frozen piña coladas are just as refreshing as they are cold. Outside, you’ll find faux coconut trees, colorful chairs, shady umbrellas, and friends shouting playfully at pedestrians (naturally). Locals might recognize the Jack & Smoke cocktail, a twist on the classic made with hickory wood-smoked cola that's repurposed from Patterson House’s original menu, proving FLIP isn't just for tourists. There’s also a Paradise Park neon sign hanging above the doorway to pay homage to a now-closed, long-beloved spot on Broadway.
