The Catbird Seat, The Patterson House will 'dive deeper' in Paseo South Gulch location

Two of Nashville’s most influential food and beverage concepts are entering a new chapter.

Strategic Hospitality’s The Catbird Seat and The Patterson House will relocate this month after a collective 16 years in Midtown, at 1711 Division St.

The tasting menu restaurant and cocktail bar will occupy 8,028 square feet on top of the Bill Voorhees Building at Paseo South Gulch, a $1 billion development by SomeraRoad.
